Step 2: Click the Tracking Link
Simply click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, and you'll be taken directly to the courier's tracking page where you can see real-time updates.
Step 3: Track Online
Alternatively, you can track your order by logging into your account on our website, visiting your order history, and clicking on the specific order to view tracking details.
Didn't Receive Your Tracking Email?
If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder, verify the email address on your order confirmation, or contact us at hawker.summersz@outlook.com with your order number.
Understanding Your Tracking Status
Here's what common tracking statuses mean:
Order Confirmed: We've received your order and it's being prepared for shipment.
Processing: Your order is being picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch. This typically takes 1-3 business days.
Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you! You should have received a tracking number.
In Transit: Your package is traveling to your delivery address. Check your tracking for real-time location updates.
Out for Delivery: Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today! Make sure someone is available to receive it if signature is required.
Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered! If you haven't received it, check with neighbors or building reception.

Next Day Delivery (UK): 1 business day
International Shipping: 7-21 business days

Tracking Issues
Tracking Number Not Working?
If your tracking number isn't showing any information, wait 24 hours as it can take time for the courier's system to update. Make sure you're using the correct courier's website and check that you've entered the tracking number correctly with no extra spaces. Contact us if the issue persists after 48 hours.
Package Marked as Delivered But Not Received?
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check around your property (porch, garage, side door), ask neighbors if they accepted the delivery, check with building reception or concierge, and wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered early. Contact us at hawker.summersz@outlook.com if you still can't locate it.
Tracking Hasn't Updated in Several Days?
Sometimes tracking can appear stuck, especially for international orders going through customs. If there's no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us with your order number.
